Who provides what

Residential mortgage lending is provided through InterLinc Mortgage Services, LLC (NMLS #205696), where Alex Shafirovich originates loans. His individual NMLS is #1301823. Residential mortgage applications are submitted and handled through InterLinc's own systems, under InterLinc's terms and privacy practices — not on this website.

Certain business-purpose and commercial financing may be provided separately through Shafi Capital Consulting LLC, which is not a residential mortgage lender. It is a separate company with separate offerings, eligibility, and terms. Nothing on this site should be read as combining the two, or as extending one company's licensing, programs, or geographic availability to the other.

Third-party websites

This site links to websites operated by others, including InterLinc Mortgage Services, LLC, Shafi Capital Consulting LLC, the NMLS Consumer Access database, review platforms, and social media services.
